Welcome to the University of Wuppertal!

The International Student Administration Office is a subdivision of Department 3 within the university administration.

We provide information and advice to prospective international students and German applicants with a foreign school or university qualification:

• on studying in Germany in general
• on applying, admission and enrolling at the university of Wuppertal
• on preparatory German language courses and the German language examination for university admission for non-native speakers (DSH examination) at the university

For international students, the International Student Administration Office is also the point of contact for any queries relating to the administration of their studies: enrolment, re-registration, leave of absence, changes to subjects and degree programmes, and de-registration.

Faculties and the university administration receive support from the International Student Administration Office in converting foreign grade scales.
